Who do you train?

Cut Defined are qualified trainers who train anyone from young children to the elderly.  You can be new to fitness or relatively experienced.  A free consultation helps us decipher your short or long-term goals and analysis will help us undertake and customize a bespoke training program to meet your fitness goals.

What times are available?

Our general sessions can be booked between 5:30am - 10:00pm Monday to Friday and 7am-12pm on Saturday. We understand people lead busy lives so can also provide sessions in some instances outside of our general hours on request (Get in touch with us to discuss).

Where will we train?

We can provide training anywhere there is space (bearing in mind you don’t need much of this to get fit ;-)), and wherever you feel most comfortable which is the most important thing for us.  We are mobile and also have the equipment to bring the gym to you!

What do I need to get started?

Very little!  You are already half way there visiting our site.  Now all you need to do is give us a call on 0203 880 8170 or drop us an email at joeys@cutdefined.com for your free consultation so that we can get your first session booked in.

Refunds and Exchanges

For items purchased from our online website, we will happily exchange or refund goods within 14 days of you receiving the goods, if they are returned with the original tags intact, are unworn in the condition they were received.

A refund will be issued in the method the payment was made. If the payment was made using a credit card, debit card or Pay pal then the payment will go back to the original card or pay pal address.

How long does it take for a refund to be applied?

The refund is applied to the buyer’s credit card or pay pal within minutes after we successfully complete a refund transaction. It takes 3-5 working days for the credit to appear on the buyer’s credit card statement, depending on how long it takes the buyer’s bank to process the transaction.

What payment Methods do we accept?

You can make a payment directly through our website on the checkout page via a credit/debit card or pay pal.

How can I place my order?

Browse our Products and place items into your basket. You can then proceed to checkout where you can either check out as a guest or create an account for the future orders.

What happens once I have placed my order?

Once your order is completed and we receive your payment, we will send a confirmation email to you, advising that your order is being processed.

Goods will usually be shipped within 3 working days of confirmation of your order.

How much do you charge for delivery?

For orders to UK addresses, we charge a flat fee of £4.55 for delivery.

Can I track my order on line?

Once your order is dispatched, you should receive an email with your tracking reference number and a link to the delivery company’s parcel tracking website.

When will I receive my package?

Items are typically shipped within 2-3 days of the order confirmation. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days for UK deliveries and 5-10 days for international deliveries.
